Your responsibilities

• Leading and managing entire accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Cash Management and Taxes.
• Set up internal accounting team and takeover accounting function from external accounting office.
• Managing Accounting Team.
• Supervision over the recording of economic operations in accordance with tax regulations and international accounting standards.
• Involvement in SAP implementation and further system development, implementation of accounting best practices in accounts control and month closing process.
• Correct and timely tax settlements, preparing tax returns.
• Preparation of financial statements of the company and monthly reporting to the Group (ConsoPack).
• Maintenance and improve of internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Leading external audits related financial statement and tax.
• Preparing statistical and other reports required by law (Central Statistical Office, National Polish Bank etc.).
• Close cooperation with Controlling team.

If you have

• 5-10 years’ experience in leading entire accounting operation in production company (the best in international environment).
• Practical knowledge of VAT, CIT, WHT settlement.
• Good knowledge of polish accounting rules and IFRS .
• Experience with SAP ERP systems will be a strong asset.
• Experience within pharmaceutical/biotechnology is a plus.
• University degree (Economy, Accounting, Finance or related).
• ACCA/CIMA would be a plus.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
• Action orientation and drive for results with excellent organizational skills  .
