Looking for On-site IT support specialist willing to take responsibility for Network and Server support and maintenance, acting as the first point of contact for the project associates for any IT related issues.

• Collaborating with network and server teams regarding troubleshooting issues,
• Allocating and recovery of Assets to the project,
• Preparing the Assets (Laptop / Mac) before allocation,
• Assisting project associates on configuration of the assets for first time login,
• Troubleshooting issues related with the assets – hardware / software,
• Keeping and updating the asset inventory of the project assets.

• Experience in providing on-site IT support,
• Desktop / Laptop / Mac troubleshooting skills,
• Knowledge of Chromebook usage,
• Basic knowledge of Network equipment and Servers,
• Work experience on Network Switches and knowledge on switching / routing,
• Maintaining Asset inventory.
