• Accounting Knowledge,
• Skilled in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL 12c or higher,
• Aptitude Accounting HUB Knowledge,
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments,
• Knowledge of accounting principles & procedures (Business entity, Accounting period, Accounting cost, Debit, Credit Accrual, Deposit , Matching , Month end processes, Year-end processes, Currency conversions, reconciliation etc.),
• Experience with general ledger functionalities (Journal headers, Journal lines, Ledger, Manual Journals etc.),
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills and problem solving and debugging skills,
• Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases,
• Capable of troubleshooting common database issues,
• Experience working with GitHub, Azure DevOps,
• Basic knowledge of Unix (scripting),
• Experience of Production Support of Finance ERP Applications,
• Experience of Change and Incident management,
• Owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations throughout the Service Request lifecycle in accordance with global standards,
• Respond and resolve customer issues within Key Performance Indicator targets,
• Banking/financial Domain would be beneficial.
