Your responsibilities
  • Operating systems knowledge, including Windows and Linux, is required
  • Perform backup software installations, system software maintenance and product upgrades in a 24x7 high availability environment
  • Engage in engineering phases of backup software and related storage solutions delivery including planning, design, build, testing, and transition to operational support
  • Work closely with various internal teams and auditors to generate timely audit reports
  • Monitor production environment and take corrective action
  • Maintenance and administration of infrastructure in a 24x7 high availability
If you have
  • 3 + years of relevant, hands-on experience in Enterprise Backup and Recovery utilizing Dell Avamar, EMC Data Domain, Veeam, Azure Backup
  • Good understanding of the automation tools and scripting including PowerShell
  • Extensive hands-on experience and technical understanding with Dell SAN storage backup solutions
  • Storage and Backup Technology related certifications or training highly desirable
  • Scripting and automation skills are welcome (e.g. PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management and best practices are welcome (e.g. ITIL, SNOW)
