About the job

You will be a part of Delivery Services department, part of IT Operations, and will take responsibility of senior specialist for our EUC environment and managing underlying applications. You will be working with classic and dedicated devices, co-management, modern and virtual desktop solutions.

We are looking for experienced specialists focused on managing different technologies, you do not need to know them all.

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert by providing consultation, mentoring, and driving the fulfillment of all initiatives in desktop’s area
  • Analyze business needs, trends, and strategies in specific areas of responsibility
  • Verify possibilities to implement new features and improvements
  • Based on business needs secure continuous improvement of the services
  • Actively participate in creating innovative solutions
  • Help to identify risks and assure remediation of gaps to facilitate sustainable and modern environment

Who are you?

  • A dedicated senior specialist and SME, who is experienced in some of described areas:
    • Provides highest level of technical support on design, implementation, and maintenance of all facets of modern desktop solutions within the company Evinces strong proficiency in leading, delivering and managing for Windows 10/11, Configuration Manager and/or AVD virtual desktops, application packaging, Intune, Co-management solutions
    • Acts as an expert in all aspects related to preparation and transferring traditional to modern way of desktop management
    • Has extensive knowledge regarding implementing, and maintaining required level for patching, update, image, and device compliance management
    • Supports solutions for truck PCs and Teams Rooms devices
    • Has deep understanding of relationships with AD and Azure AD solutions
    • Serves guidance over security, compliance, and licensing capabilities
    • Designs and maintains proper strategies ensuring operational stability
    • Ensures expertise in preparation of technical documentation
    • Provides guidance and shares knowledge to lower levels of support
Furthermore: 
  • You are team player with strong technology background
  • You have proficient knowledge and at least 5-year hands-on IT experience
  • You have Configuration Manager / Windows / Intune / AVD / Microsoft 365 expert level certifications
  • You have knowledge of AVD desktops, application delivery, related Azure infrastructure and services
  • You have high problem-solving skills
  • You can translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • You know, how to deal with complex dependencies and procedures designed for corporate environment
  • You communicate effortlessly in English 
  • You hold a degree in Computer science, bachelor or similar 
  • You fully understand ITIL and are familiar with SEFe Agile methodology 
  • You have experience from working in a multicultural and global company
