• Extensive experience in end-to-end project delivery,
• Experience in Google Asana, MS Project, or another project management tool,
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification,
• Experience in analyzing spreadsheet data, creating simple formulas, developing pivot tables, vlookup etc.,
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational and stakeholder management skills,
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment,
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Drive the process for sales operations planning across selected segments to maximize area performance,
• Develop, manage, and monitor a detailed project schedule and work plan, make adjustments as needed,
• Lead standardization of processes and tools continuous improvements to optimize productivity,
• Develop project status, communicate process standards and changes, raise project delays and issues to workarounds, clearly to business, operations support team,
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress,
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution,
• Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity, and understand business/customer impacts,
• Utilize standard project mgmt. and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches,
• Manage the sales experience improvement program, working cross functionally to collect inputs, analyze them, invoke action taking, follow-up tightly and communicate progress,
• Extract data sets, perform analysis and build financial models to support pipeline coverage, renewal, or other initiatives,
• Analyze performance and productivity data and assist in preparing slides for Quarterly Business Reviews, or other Support/Sales leadership presentations,
• Assist with annual planning and monthly forecasting processes.
