Your profile:
  • Previous experience in BPO/SSC/ companies
  • Experience in Team management
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Results oriented person and well-organized
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to establish priorities
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good Polish language skills (written and spoken)
  • University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance or Economics as beneficial
Accountability:
  • Lead a team responsible for AP/AR/GL processes for Poland
  • Workload distribution, monitoring of tasks completion
  • Ensuring the processes alignment and books compliance to local standards
  • Regular operational calls with customers, team meetings
  • Manage directly transition of selected processes, including planning, coordination and support during migration process
  • Leading and supporting development of processes and methods
  • Identifying opportunities within manage area and between other departments
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be accountable to meet or exceed KPI’s set for project
  • Review the work prepared by Team members to ensure that the activities are performed as expected.
  • Prepare audit deliverables as required.
  • Able to coach and motivate team members to achieve targets and service levels agreed.
  • Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedure
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial records are accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Identify issues in processes and systems, and initiate process improvements and process harmonization with a focus on automation and system support and in alignment with the process owners
  • Support the team members in their development and growth
