We are looking for a senior team member to join our Talent Team in Poland. You have possibility to jump into talent acquisition and hire best and the brightest talents in the market for Hitachi Energy. Reporting to the Lead of Talent Acquisition in North Europe, you will be a strategic talent partner for the business.
Your responsibilities
- Takes end-to-end responsibility for (coordinating) Talent Acquisition and Recruitment for business and critical to hire roles. Building an understanding of the market for the different business areas and managing a highly efficient recruitment process with Candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Manages recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements, and decides on the appropriate sourcing solution. Creates shortlists of candidates and conducts interviews and assessments with hiring manager. Concludes the selection process with the manager and the candidate, including offer.
- Builds strong relationships and trust with our leaders across the businesses and HR Business Partners.
- Ensures compliance with local legislation and HR policies, GDPR and any other data privacy requirements, and adherence to compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
- Supports timely data analytics and reporting activities to manage candidate pipeline and other recruitment metrics.
- Support for Employer Branding, University Relations and Early Talents action plan in line with the global strategy and the business needs.
Your background:
- Higher education and minimum 5 year experience in world of talent acquisition.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Independently managing own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time.
- Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends.
- Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience managing change projects.
- Ability to think outside the box and always delivering pragmatic solutions to daily challenges faced by stakeholders.
- Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
