Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- The telemarketer is responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio (pharmacies). All customers should be called within a sales cycle of 4 months.
- Lead guided conversations identifying the customer needs and translate them to sales opportunities and increase revenue.
- Agile learning of product portfolio and participate in product trainings regularly. Be knowledgeable about potential substitutes in case of an out-of-stock situation
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information and providing solutions.
- Going an “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Dealing with complaints and doubts to safeguard the company’s and products reputation.
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers/pharmacies.
- Spanish and English at C1 level
- Positive attitude, patience, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service is an advantage.
- Ability to deal with complaints in a customer friendly way
- Experience in health science preferred
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients
