Your role:

As a Senior Automation Specialist you will be a part of our Automation Department, a team of experienced engineers, technical subject matter experts and administrators of all automated systems in our organization. The Automation Department designs, develops, builds, manages operations and changes automation systems on technical and business layer. The Automation Department supports control over production processes and supports computerized systems validation in regulated environment by providing technical expertise to validation and qualification process.

Your responsibilities:
  • Existing and future automation systems in Polpharma Biologics in Gdańsk
  • Automation systems’ design and modifications within investment projects
  • Diagnosing and solving issues in systems’ operational phase
  • Making sure that automation systems are compliant and fit for intended use by cooperation with Production, Engineering and QA Departments within Polpharma Biologics
  • Supporting the User (Production) with all automation related issues
If you have:
  • Higher education related to automation, electrotechnics, mechatronic, informatics or similar studies
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in designing and managing automation systems
  • Experience in work with subassemblies and control systems vendors
  • Experience of working with validation, eCompliance and in cGMP environment
  • Experience in control system programming such as Siemens, WAGO, ASIX, Delta V (Including PLC, SCADA, DCS) would be an asset
  • Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and P&ID diagrams
  • English advanced/fluent (also technical)
