As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator you will be part of training team for Cloud Learning Services primarily assisting the Team with its operational responsibilities.

2+ Years’ experience in the following areas:

• Program Coordination experience, preferably in learning / training environment
• Strong communication skills (proficient in English, written and spoken)
• Experience in support and troubleshooting technology
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and requests and manage work on time
• Ability to lead reviews and monitor key success KPIs
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Proven project management, organizational and communication skills
• Robust conflict resolution skills

Technologies (Exposure):

• Google Suite and workspace
• Calendar Management
• Mail, chat (group) management

• Process requests for cloud technical or sales events, such as setting up events in the internal system and managing the attendee list: confirm/ amend list of attendees and send out communication to attendees and other stakeholders.
• Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Point of contact/escalation for event issues
• Engage appropriate services for the events, either scheduling internal resources or outsourcing as needed
• Publish event details in Learning Management System (LMS) and post event reporting as requested
• Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to training schedules, course registrations, payment processing, LMS login, content update and other operational requests

Education:

• Minimum - High school or equivalent academic or industry experience
• Preferred - Graduation or equivalent academic or industry experience
